Float sensors sit at the empty, half and full marks of your roof and floor tanks and report the real water level continuously.

Before you ask

Does it work when the internet goes down?
Yes. The controller runs the pump and all its safety rules on its own hardware. The internet is only needed to see the tanks from your phone and to receive alerts. When the connection returns, everything that happened is uploaded.
What happens during a power cut?
The system stops safely and remembers its settings. When power returns it reconnects on its own and carries on — nothing needs to be reset by hand.
Will it work with my existing pump and tanks?
In almost every case, yes. It works with standard roof and floor tanks and ordinary household pumps. We check the details with you before installation.
Who installs it?
We do. Installation, sensor placement, wiring and app setup are included in the price. It usually takes a few hours.
Can more than one person in the family use the app?
Yes. Several accounts can watch the same home, and alerts go to a shared Telegram group if you want them to.
What does the warranty cover?
Hardware faults under normal use are covered for a full year, parts and labour. Software updates carry on free after that.
